Ozone

Ozone is a gas with high oxidising and disinfectant properties. It has a low environmental impact and it is highly effective against viruses, bacteria and other micro-organisms. Its applications range from drinking water to washing systems in the food industry, as well as swimming pools and fish farms.

Ozone-based systems for water treatment

The system consists of two main sections common to all ozone generators: the ozone production section with multi-electrode ozone tanks, in AISI 316 Ti stainless steel, and the electrical section that provides fully automatic control of the system through a PLC and a control panel with a display showing the main indicators.

Our generators use proven technology with high-quality components.

Ozone can be produced in three different ways:

  • With ambient air as power supply for small productions of 1 gO3/h
  • Through the PSA system with a capacity of up to 1,000 gO3/h
  • Using stored liquid oxygen for large productions
