Construction of a prefabricated reinforced concrete structure with areas reserved for the storage of reagents in 5,000-litre tanks with safety deposits. The production area has three chlorine dioxide generators with a mixture of reagents for the treatment of a total flow of 450 l/s max. There is a separate electrical panel area and a number of instruments to monitor the chlorine dioxide values in the process.

Water debacterisation in the food industry through UVC systems

UVC reactors with high-power, low-pressure amalgam lamps for the sanitation of water used in food industry processes, and more specifically in drinks. Sensors for continuously monitoring the UVC dose and the internal temperature. A specific electronic control panel that allows customised programming and operation of all parameters by the customer.

Storage and dosing of peracetic acid.

Skid for storing and dosing peracetic acid in a transportable container, designed in accordance with the requirements stipulated for flammable reagents. Dosing pumps with stepper motors meet different needs and guarantee a wide range of flow rates. Specific management software for all system components, with continuous verification of safety sensors.

Filtering

Activated charcoal-based treatment system for the reduction of pollutants. The system is designed for a nominal flow rate of 10 l/s and it has an electrical panel with PLC to regulate the backwash processes.

Drinking water mineraliser

Drinking water mineralisation treatment through the enrichment of calcium salts to balance the carbonates in order to avoid corrosion in the distribution network.

Process reagents dosing system

Process reagents dosing system with active reserve. Each product is inserted at different points of the treatment process through heat-welded plastic pipes at distances of up to 150 metres.

Ozone-based oxidation treatment of surface water

Adjustment of the treatment chain with the insertion of a double injection ozone generator with reactor, renewal of the filtering section and of the automation panels of the unit.

Ferric chloride purification treatment

Complete skid for water treatment in a purification system. Storage in a 5000-litre PE-100 tank and dosing through two motor pumps plus an extra one as a reserve. A specific water-based washing section to ensure optimum worker safety.
